President, IM Global Television, Unscripted & Alternative
In 2016 Emmy Award Winning Producer, writer and creator Phil Gurin joined IM Global Television as President of Unscripted and Alternative. Founder of The Gurin Company, one of the industry’s leading independent creators, producers and distributors of non-scripted television, Gurin has been responsible for executive producing, creating and writing thousands of hours of television across multiple genres including live event, game, music, hidden camera, comedy, stunt, clip show, factual, dramatic re-enactment, docu-soaps and formatted reality. Gurin’s shows have aired on every major U.S. broadcast network, many cable networks, and in over 150 countries around the world. Gurin has won three Primetime Emmy Awards as an Executive Producer on ABC’s Shark Tank, and an international Rose d’Or (Golden Rose) for the comedy game show Oh Sit! which he co-created for The CW. In the past year, Gurin has created and executive produced original new formats for ITV1 (UK), NBC (USA) and CBC (Canada).
Senior Vice President of Production, Unscripted & Alternative
Bock began his entertainment career first as a radio DJ at Imperial College in London and then as an NBC Page at The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. His first television production role came as a PA at Dick Clark Productions, where he subsequently returned years later as a Senior Vice President at the company. Bock has also held a variety of roles on productions for NBC, CBS, ESPN, HBO, TNT, Warner Brothers Television, and many others. Bock has overseen production in nearly every broadcast genre including award shows, concerts, documentaries, commercials, music videos, reality shows, stunt shows, game shows, talk shows, and variety shows. Bock most recently served for seven years as Vice President of Production for ABC’s Alternative Series & Specials department.

Acclaimed industry veteran Jennifer Colbert, previously served as an Executive Producer and Showrunner for networks including A&E, Lifetime, VH-1 and MTV 2 as well as with production companies including Studio Lambert/All3 Media, 44 Blue Productions, Fishbowl Worldwide Media and Tremendous Entertainment. Colbert has worked on high profile TV shows such as Talk Soup, Pimp My Ride, Girls Next Door, The Hills, Skating with the Stars and Home Free. She started her career at E! Entertainment Television in the Live Events department working with the legendary Joan Rivers and Melissa Rivers when they introduced their ground-breaking red-carpet coverage of award shows.
Vice President, Business Affairs, Unscripted & Alternative
Kelly Campbell brings 10+ years of in-house legal experience to IM Global TV. Prior to joining the company, she worked at entertainment boutique law firm, Kleinberg Lange Cuddy & Carlo, where she consummated high-profile deals on behalf of many of Hollywood’s top companies and talent. Ms. Campbell also served as Senior Counsel at Viacom, handling all areas of television business and legal affairs for MTV and CMT. Her unique legal skill set is added to her 8 years of experience on the creative side of entertainment, during which she last served as Vice President of Development at Gale Anne Hurd’s Valhalla Entertainment. Ms. Campbell earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was a member of Law Review, received honors in Legal Research & Writing, and was a Jenckes Cup Oral Argument Finalist, and also attended George Washington University Law School. She earned her B.A. in Political Science at Arizona State University, where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Director of Development, Unscripted & Alternative
Rosenman comes to the IM Global team after working as a development executive for Done and Done Productions and Lionsgate. He started his career in New York as a producer at Viacom working on various retrospectives for VH1, before taking a producer role on MTV’s The City and then moved to Los Angeles to work on Fox’s The X Factor. Rosenman rose through the ranks to Supervising Producer and became a Consulting Producer on Fox’s American Idol for their season 14 finale and a new format for their 15th and final season.
Manager of Development, Unscripted & Alternative
Prior to IM Global, Casey Kelly worked under President Phil Gurin as Manager of Development for The Gurin Company, where she was involved in the development of programs and pilots for ITV, NBC, CW, GSN, Oxygen, MSNBC and syndication as well as pitching to all major broadcast and cable networks.
While earning her degree at NYU Tisch School of Arts, Casey began her career as a Production Assistant on TLC’s What Not To Wear. She went on to assist Development Executives at MTV NYC launching popular series Are You The One? before moving to London to work on BBC’s live event series Stargazing Live. After graduating, she took the leap to Los Angeles and worked for Gurney Productions.
